This page explains what personal data this website receives, why we need it, and what you can do about it. We collect the minimum — only what is needed to answer you.

02What we receive
Through the contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional), and whatever you choose to write to us.
Through the short enquiry form: your email address only.
We collect nothing automatically. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, does not track your behaviour and sends nothing to advertising networks. Standard web server logs (IP address, request time) are kept by our hosting provider to operate and secure the site.
03Why we need it
For one purpose: to answer your enquiry and discuss working together. We do not send marketing emails and will not add you to any list unless you specifically ask.
The legal basis is your consent, given by deliberately submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to inbound business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f)).
04How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from our last contact — enough to remember the context if the conversation resumes. After that they are deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner and we will, without asking why.
05Who else sees it
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes. It is processed by our hosting provider [host name] and our form service [service name], solely to run this website.
Where those providers are located outside the EEA, the transfer relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
06Cookies
This site uses no cookies. None of our own, none from third parties, no analytics, no advertising. That is why there is no consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.
If we add analytics later, this section will be rewritten and a banner will appear before any cookie is set.
07Your rights
You have the right to obtain a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to processing, and receive it in a machine-readable format.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence.
08Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes are not applied retroactively to enquiries already sent.
